After another less than successful season, Inter last night won the Coppa Italia trophy at home against AC Roma. The English journey from Manchester to London finally came to an end this past summer for Juan Sebastian Veron. With a one year loan deal on hand his move to Inter finally came through. The joy and passion of playing in Serie A was back for him, the preseason was a great couple of weeks for him were he gained his fitness and stamina. Since the beginning of the season I personnally could see the difference when he was playing in England and Italy. His movement and his passing was really different in Inter than in England for the past three years. The vision which he possesses is amazing and he started the season in great form. Inter didnt win as many games as they wanted to but, Veron on a personnal level was playing great. He even managed to score a goal against Roma in which they drew 3-3. In mid November he got a injury to his leg which has carried on until this year. Gradually he is recovering and for the past couple of days he has been doing all the work out with the team. This sunday's game against his former team Sampdoria he will not be able to take part in, but next weeks encounter with Bologna should see Veron in the starting eleven. I hope this year will be a great year for him especially as he is looking to get a permanent contract with Inter. From World of Football I want to wish Veron the best of luck as always.

The start of a New serie A has started for Inter Milan. This year Massimo Moratti the owner of Internatzionale has stepped down as the president and has handed the New post to Facchetti. Inter this year has brought in some very talented football players to try to bring home the scudetto which they havent won since 1989. As you all know by now my idol Juan Sebastian Veron has arrived on loan from Chelsea FC. Inter has also got a New coach by the name of Roberto Mancini. A coach which Veron knows very well from the days which they played together in Sampdoria and Lazio. Mancini have come out in the press giving a very strong hint that Veron will be the architect of the New look Inter Milan. With another great signing of Edgar Davids Inter has one of the absoloute strongest looking teams in Serie A. The full list of players which they have signet this year is, Veron, Davids, Cambiasso, Ze Maria, Burdisso, Favalli. In some newspapers Inter has been compared to Galacticos of Real Madrid with so many great players to choose from. Moratti a very well known figure in Italy and Italian fotball from the days in which his dad was the owner of Inter. A oil tycon which he is known by these days, with unbelivably amount of wealth by his side, has said great things about Veron. With two and a half years of struggle in England Seba is back to the country which made him the player he is today, a place where he showed his true talent, a country which handed him so many trophies and so much fame. The 3rd game of the season is about to start of today for Inter, a away game to Parma. Veron has started off in a great form both in Champions League and in Seria A, this is all due to that he has been played in his naturel position which is as a central midfielder. It has almost been one year now that Veron has not put on a Argentine national team jersey, but step by step he is regaining his top form. With a New coach at the helm for Argentina Veron will soon know when he will be called back in for the national team. From World of Football I want to wish Juan Sebastian Veron great deal of luck for this year in Inter and I will keep a close eye on Inter and especially Veron.
